It’s fall and the change of seasons makes some of us feel like it’s time to do some decluttering. If this is you, here are a few areas to consider:
- Declutter subscriptions and memberships: Cancel any subscriptions or memberships you no longer use or need – both digital and paper.
- Declutter bedside tables – be realistic about what you use and the reading you will likely do.
- Declutter bathroom cabinets – toss expired medications, cosmetics & makeup.
- Declutter under the kitchen sink – aim for less to do more.
- Tidy your laundry room and declutter your detergents and fabric softeners.
- Be sure your mudroom is ready for fall and you have cleared out the flip flops, beach towels and swimsuits.
- Declutter kitchen utensil drawers reducing the contents to only what you use and need on a regular basis.
- Declutter your seasonal decor – get ready for holiday decorating with the essentials.
