Declutter Challenge!

For the next ten days, try to part with an increasing number of items.  Day one – Donate or toss one item. Day two – Part with two items.  Day three – Part with three items…and so on.   By day ten you will have decluttered 55 items.  This is a great way to jumpstart your decluttering and build momentum.  

When you are ready to start, enter the Declutter challenge in your calendar and share the idea with family members.  Even if they aren’t on board, you can start with your own spaces and possessions….Be sure to have a plan for the items you wish to donate.

Cosmetics, linens, clothes, shoes, accessories, old exercise equipment, tools, outdated paper, expired medications, torn or faded towels, office supplies, old calendars and journals, pots and pans, planters, expired food, coats and jackets, framed artwork that has never been on your walls, old textbooks…you name it!
